New Building News

 As many of our customers already know, we will be moving to a new building. The site is on 1 Marion Drive in North Carver, MA right across from SLT Construction and MBO Precast. We have officially purchased the property as of November 12th, 2013! We have decided to go with two separate buildings instead of the one big building we had oringinally planned. Both the buildings will be under 7,500 sq ft. to avoid having to put in the costly sprinkler system. One building (first picture below) will be half office space and half chemical warehouse storage. This building will be 4,320 sq ft. total, with approximately 1,680 sq ft. of office space (main office, personal offices, lunch room, conference room, bathrooms, etc.) and 2,640 sq ft. of warehouse mainly for our chemicals. The second building (second picture below) will be used for mostly fertilzer storage. It will be approximately 7,488 sq ft. in size. There will be a 30 ft distance between the two buildings. We will have another year here at 3 Plymouth St but we are aiming to have the building up and moved into by the Fall or Winter.
